Billing & auto-renewal
ReportMint Pro is a monthly or annual subscription charged via Stripe credit card payments. Please review the following terms before subscribing.
Payment method
Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners). Card details are never stored on our servers.
Auto-renewal
Billing starts as soon as you subscribe to Pro. The plan auto-renews at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
How to cancel
Open Settings from the user menu → Plan Management → Manage subscription to reach the Stripe customer portal and cancel anytime. You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?+
No. You can start using the free plan immediately after signing up. A credit card is only required when upgrading to Pro.
Should I pick monthly or annual?+
The annual plan is roughly two months cheaper than paying monthly. Pick annual if you plan to use ReportMint long term.
Are refunds issued if I cancel mid-cycle?+
No prorated refunds are issued. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?+
Yes. Switch anytime from the Stripe customer portal; Stripe handles proration automatically.
Are taxes included in the listed price?+
Yes. All prices are shown tax inclusive.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?+
Stripe automatically issues a receipt compliant with Japan's qualified invoice system (registration number T6011003017421).
Do respondents need an account?+
No. Anyone can fill in and submit via the distributed URL or QR code — no sign-up required.
