Article 1: Service Overview
ReportMint (the "Service") is a business report creation, distribution, collection, and management service provided by Netwiz LLC (the "Company"). We provide a platform where administrators create templates, distribute them via URL or QR code, and respondents can submit reports without registration.
Article 2: Terms of Use
The following activities are prohibited when using the Service:
- Violating laws or public order
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Mass automated access
- Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 3: Paid Plans
The Pro plan costs $9.99/month or $99/year. Payment is processed via credit card through Stripe.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, the service remains available until the next billing date. No prorated refunds are provided.
The Company may change pricing with prior notice.
Article 4: Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Damages from service interruptions or outages
- Data loss or corruption
- Accuracy of information entered by respondents
- Damages from third-party service failures (Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, etc.)
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of PDFs generated or data collected through the Service.
Article 5: Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. Intellectual property rights of templates created and response data collected by users belong to the respective users.
Article 6: Service Changes
The Company may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice. In case of termination, at least 30 days notice will be provided, along with a period for users to export their data.
Article 7: Terms Modifications
The Company may modify these terms as necessary. Modified terms become effective upon publication on the Service. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-service notification.
Article 8: Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
