Privacy Policy

ReportMint collects the following information:

Administrators (Registered Users) - Email address, name (via Clerk authentication) - Template data you create - Stripe customer ID and subscription information

Respondents (No Registration Required) - Form response data (depends on template fields set by admin) - Uploaded photos - IP address, browser information (access logs)

Note: Respondents can use the service without registration. Personal information collection depends entirely on the template fields configured by administrators.

- Service provision, operation, and improvement - User support - Billing and payment processing - Usage analysis (Google Analytics 4) - Prevention of unauthorized use

- Template and response data: Stored on Neon (Vercel PostgreSQL) - Photo data: Stored on Vercel Blob - Free plan responses: Automatically deleted 30 days after creation - Pro plan responses: Stored indefinitely while subscription is active - Account deletion: All related data is deleted

- Authentication Cookies: Clerk session management (admins only) - Google Analytics: Access analytics (anonymized IP) - Theme Setting: Dark/light mode preference (localStorage)

We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

- Administrators can delete templates and responses from the dashboard - Account deletion removes all associated data - Deletion requests: info@netwiz.co.jp
